Congratulations to Oliver Fisher, winning the Czech Open on 21st August 2011, his first European Tour win. He was the very first recipient of a Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters Bursary in 2003, and was awarded another in 2004.
Six years after becoming the youngest Walker Cup player in history, the 22 year old Englishman carded a closing 69 to finish 13 under par at Prosper Golf Resort and win by two shots. The feat was all the more impressive considering Fisher came into the week 224th in The Race to Dubai, and having missed 20 of his first 21 cuts this season, before finishing 35th in Sweden and 45th in Ireland last month to indicate some improvement.
Ollie has recently become The Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters 'Ambassador' on the European Tour and will work with us to further develop the status of the Championship.

 Nathan Kimsey, 2010 Champion
Playoff birdie earns Nathan Kimsey first major title
Nathan Kimsey sank a 30-foot birdie putt at the first extra hole of a three-way playoff to win the Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters against his Lincolnshire team-mate James Burnett and Scotland’s Grant Forrest.   All three had tied on 282, six under par, Kimsey coming from seven shots back at halfway to claim the first major victory of his burgeoning career, with Derbyshire’s Nick Newbold a shot further back on 283.

Rhys David wins in Morocco

Congratulations to Rhys Davies!
Rhys made history as the first 'Past Junior Master' to win on the European Tour, with his outstanding final round in Morocco on 21st March. The Welshman played the Sir Henry Cooper Junior Masters in 2003 and, although he didn't win at that time, impressed everyone with his marvellous play and calm temperament. The following year he was forced to withdraw at the last minute due to international commitments for Wales.

Other Past Masters on the tour at the moment are Chris Wood, Sam Hutsby, Joost Luiten, Gary Boyd, Seve Benson, James Ruth, Oliver Fisher and Dale Whitnell amongst others.
